The Sex Question

Today during our meeting we talked about touchy issue, sex. We thank Jeff for coming and talking to us from what he knows and his years of experience.  The Church many times avoids this question and because of this many christians have only small portions and often twisted truths about how God views sex. We learned that God gave sex as a gift between man and a woman, something that bonds them together spiritually and is essentially an act of worship, but many times it is exploited and used in contexts where it shouldn't be leaving many empty and torn souls. God wants us to keep our selves pure for His sake and for our future partner's sake. There is much more to talk about but that's the gist of it. Who is Jesus?

Today we talked who Jesus is. Who is this one person? We find according to the Bible that He is many things. He is God, Bread of life, The Truth, Life, the Way and much more. Jesus is everything to us. He provides us with the care and love we need. He is the One who can satify all needs and He asks us to come to Him. He wants to show us what life to the fullest means. Come who are weary

So today we talked about how God is our rest. All of us have struggles and look for a place where we can just lay our head and forget about our troubles. Well God provides that for us in Him. He wants us to know that He is there for us to carry us through. Trust in God for He cares for you. If you have any questions(personal or just whatever) comment or send an email.

Questions Day

So today basically anyone who had a question about God or anything like that wrote it down for Pastor B to answer. We're sorry if you didn't get your question answered, but we plan to have another session just like this one later this year. Worshiping God

Today we talked worshiping God. We must realized how great God is. Sometimes we get to caught up in ourselves we forget that God is there, all worthy of praise. Whatever we go through, whatever we see, whatever we feel knowing who He is we must worship Him and that is when we can let go of what's holding unto us. Think of how great He is...

Knowing God

Today we talked about knowing God through experiences. We discussed how Abraham learned that God is the God who provides through his obedience to God. Think about some experinces in your life where you might have learned more of God. Pray that God will reveal Himself more to you. Knowing God is what will quench our thirst.

The Practical God

So today we talked about how God is practical. He's not just a God who gives commands and watches from afar, but He truly is a loving God who wants to lavish His best on us. He wants to be an integral part of your life not just the guy from the good book. Don't underestimate God's love for you.
