Come who are weary

So today we talked about how God is our rest. All of us have struggles and look for a place where we can just lay our head and forget about our troubles. Well God provides that for us in Him. He wants us to know that He is there for us to carry us through. Trust in God for He cares for you. If you have any questions(personal or just whatever) comment or send an email.

Questions Day

So today basically anyone who had a question about God or anything like that wrote it down for Pastor B to answer. We're sorry if you didn't get your question answered, but we plan to have another session just like this one later this year. Worshiping God

Today we talked worshiping God. We must realized how great God is. Sometimes we get to caught up in ourselves we forget that God is there, all worthy of praise. Whatever we go through, whatever we see, whatever we feel knowing who He is we must worship Him and that is when we can let go of what's holding unto us. Think of how great He is...

Knowing God

Today we talked about knowing God through experiences. We discussed how Abraham learned that God is the God who provides through his obedience to God. Think about some experinces in your life where you might have learned more of God. Pray that God will reveal Himself more to you. Knowing God is what will quench our thirst.

The Practical God

So today we talked about how God is practical. He's not just a God who gives commands and watches from afar, but He truly is a loving God who wants to lavish His best on us. He wants to be an integral part of your life not just the guy from the good book. Don't underestimate God's love for you.

Chosen

I thank Pastor Q for coming to speak to us today. It was very moving to learn how much God values us. To think we were worth Him sending His own Son to die. Not to say we deserve to be valued this much, but it is just that God loves His children so. We don't have to worry about what others say or what the enemy says about us, for we know what is true and what matters, and that is that we are delightful in God's eyes.

Selling Your Possessions

Today Jimmy led us into a discussion about the rich man. Jesus was pleased with the rich man but for one thing; his wealth. Jesus called the rich man to sell all his possessions to the poor in order that he may follow Him. The rich man walked away sad because he couldn't. Jesus occasionally calls us to give up something that is hindering us from taking the next step. It may seem impossible, but just do it and trust in God.
